Policy for Anti-Social Forces

As a corporate group fulfilling its social responsibilities, the Change Group will establish the following Policy for Anti-Social Forces to prevent damage caused by organized crime groups and other anti-social forces, and build a system to realize this basic policy.

• We will sever all relationships with anti-social forces.
• We will not comply with any demands from anti-social forces and will take resolute legal action. Under no circumstances will we provide funding to anti-social forces. Furthermore, even if the demand is based on business activities or a scandal involving an employee, we will absolutely refrain from engaging in transactions to conceal the incident.
• We will respond to demands from anti-social forces as an entire organization and strive to ensure the safety of the responding officers and employees.
• In preparation for demands from anti-social forces, we will strengthen cooperation with external specialized agencies such as the police and lawyers on a regular basis.
