Code of Conduct

We, the Change Group, uphold the mission "Change People, Change Business, Change Japan." By utilizing digital technology, we tackle various social issues and contribute to making Japan a sustainable society amidst a declining population. In areas where contribution through business is difficult, we engage in support through social contribution activities. To realize these goals, we periodically evaluate the execution of management and business strategies and their results, and make necessary improvements. Additionally, we not only comply with all domestic and international laws and customs related to corporate activities, we also act with high ethical standards and integrity.

1. Trust and Integrity

Understanding and Practicing Social Responsibility

We, the Change Group, strive to deeply understand and practice our social responsibility as a corporation and aim to make the impact of our activities on society positive by recognizing that our corporate activities contribute to sustainability.

Fostering a Culture of Compliance

We, the Change Group, conduct all corporate activities based on the premise of complying with laws and regulations. We recognize fostering a culture of compliance as one of the most important matters in corporate activities. We require every officer and employee to understand the importance of compliance and reflect it in their daily work, and we strive to raise awareness through regular education and training. If a legal violation is discovered, we deal with it strictly and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Building Relationships with Stakeholders

We, the Change Group, recognize that every action we take is an important element in forming and maintaining social credit and trust. Deeply understanding that we conduct corporate activities amidst relationships with diverse stakeholders--customers, business partners, shareholders, employees, and local communities--we strive to build and strengthen relationships of trust through smooth and active two-way communication.

Active Engagement in Climate Change

We, the Change Group, recognize that mitigating rapid climate change and preventing environmental pollution are critical issues common to humanity, and will actively engage in reducing environmental impact in corporate activities, such as through the efficient use of resources and waste reduction.

2. Fair Business Activities

Ensuring Transparency and Clarity of Transactions

We, the Change Group, maintain a fair business environment, and ensure transparency and clarity in all transactions so that all parties involved can appropriately understand information and make appropriate judgments. We do not conceal transaction details or engage in acts to obtain dishonest profits.

Implementation of Fair Trade

We, the Change Group, pursue fairness in all processes of transactions, such as pricing, quality assurance, and methods of providing products and services. We actively work on improving transactions, and if problems or issues are discovered, we rapidly plan and execute concrete actions to resolve them. Based on the belief that promoting a fair competitive environment makes our business sustainable, we comply with economic laws such as the Antimonopoly Act and the Subcontract Act, and strive to maintain and strengthen appropriate business relationships with customers and business partners.

High Ethical Standards when Coordinating with Public Employees

We, the Change Group, not only comply with laws and regulations when coordinating with administrative agencies and public employees, we also pursue fairness, transparency, and integrity to maintain high ethical standards. We do not engage in bribery, inappropriate provision of benefits, or information exchange in our relationships with public employees.
