Mission and Vision
OUR ORIGINS
CHANGE, Inc. (present CHANGE Holdings, Inc., hereinafter, the "Company" or "we") was founded in 2003 by five former Accenture employees (Yoshihisa Jimbo, Hiroshi Fukutome, Akira Ito, Tetsuya Ishihara, Kenji Kaneda). These founders, while engaged in corporate transformation projects across various industries at a foreign consulting firm (former Andersen Consulting), felt frustrated by their limited role only to advise clients without making decisions themselves. At the age of 27, Mr. Fukudome, present Representative Director, President and Executive Officer, along with his colleagues, spun off from this major foreign consulting firm to establish CHANGE, Inc. as a consulting company with the concept of "Change Japan".
MISSION
"Change People, Change Business, Change Japan."
The founders started the Company with a strong desire to "shape the society towards that they want to realize," and they set "Change People, Change Business, Change Japan" as their mission.
This philosophy is the raison d'être of the Company, and is the sentiment embedded in the name of "CHANGE". In an era of declining population, we will contribute to creating Japan full of new changes by supporting the behavioral transformation of individual social members and the business transformation of all organizations.
VISION
"Change Productivity"
With an awareness of "how to make Japan sustainable" in the face of the inevitable declining population, we had thought "productivity improvement" as the important theme since the foundation.
Under the mission of "Change People, Change Business, Change Japan," Change Group has set forth the vision of "Change Productivity," aiming to dramatically improve Japan's productivity through the power of people and technology to achieve a sustainable society even under a declining population.
