Our Business

The Company, as a holding company, has formulated management strategies for our Group and oversee the governance of each business company.

Our Group (hereinafter, simply "we") upholds the mission of "Change People, Change Business, Change Japan." and under the vision of "Changing Productivity," we aim to dramatically enhance Japan's productivity through "People x Technology." To make Japan a sustainable society amid population decline, we develop businesses such as digitalization of business models and business processes, and support for nurturing digital human resources, providing solutions for numerous customers' digitalization needs since our founding. Specifically, we are promoting and expanding these two businesses: the NEW-IT Transformation Business, which is responsible for supporting the development of digital human resources, the innovation and digitization of business processes, M&A brokering, and the cyber security, and the Publitech Business, which is committed to promoting the reginal revitalization through the hometown tax donation platform and digitization services for local governments.
